Full-Home Remodeling on Long Island
Kitchens, bathrooms, floors, stairs and the rooms in between, from a remodeler based in Levittown.
Whole houses, not just single rooms
Full homes are about a third of our work. The rest is split between kitchens and bathrooms.
Our own crew does the work. Plumbing and electrical go to licensed plumbers and electricians. We install the flooring, tile and countertops ourselves.
We speak English and Spanish. Hablamos español.
Full-home work we’ve done
Here is some of that work, room by room, from Levittown, Port Washington and the Bronx.
Levittown: kitchen, family room and fireplace
The kitchen now has dark wood cabinets, light speckled counters, a light tile backsplash and a large tile floor.
In the family room, a half wall came out so the room opens to the dining area, and large gray tile runs through the living space. The fireplace had a damaged painted mantel. It now has a stacked-stone surround and a dark wood mantel.

Port Washington: bathrooms, stairs, floors and the lower level
The split-level stairs got wood handrails, white posts and black metal spindles, with the wood floors refinished around them. Bedrooms lost their carpet and wood paneling: the floors were refinished and the walls painted. The lower level went from bare concrete and open studs to a finished room with plank flooring and painted walls.
There are three bathrooms in this work: one with a frameless glass shower, marble-look tile and a floating vanity; one with a gray double vanity and a lit mirror; and one with a tub, sliding glass doors and a tiled niche.

The Bronx: kitchen, living area, bedrooms and a bathroom
The kitchen was drawn in 3D first. The finished kitchen kept that layout, with gray shaker cabinets, a marble-look island and a blue mosaic backsplash, on a herringbone wood floor that runs on into the living area.
The bedrooms got new plank wood floors in place of old parquet, and the hallway a new wood floor along the stair rail. There is also a small bathroom with a floating vanity and white subway tile.

How a full-home job runs
- A phone call first. We ask about the house and what you want, so we both know it’s a good fit. The phone estimate is free, and you can send us photos or video.
- A showroom visit. Bring pictures, videos and your wish list. You choose your materials there.
- 3D drawings. Once you’ve given us the go-ahead or a good-faith deposit, we can draw the rooms in 3D so you see them before we build.
- Your price. It’s based on the scope and what you pick in the showroom. The contract is signed at the showroom.
- Deposit, then materials. We reserve your materials in our warehouse if they’re in stock, or order them.
- Scheduling. Once everything has arrived, we call you to set the start date.
How long it takes
A full-home remodel typically takes two to four months. It depends on the size of the house and how much changes.
