Nature of the Services
Class Remodeling is a licensed and insured remodeling contractor providing kitchen, bathroom, basement, interior, and commercial remodeling services on Long Island and in New York City and all five boroughs.
The website provides information about Class Remodeling’s services, its portfolio of completed projects, and its showroom. Information on the website is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute an offer, estimate, warranty, or contract.
All remodeling work is governed exclusively by a separate written agreement signed by the customer and Class Remodeling. The written agreement sets out the scope of work, price, payment schedule, project timeline, warranties, and your rights under New York law, including any right to cancel. If the written agreement conflicts with these Terms, the written agreement controls.

Class Remodeling maintains the licenses and insurance required to perform home improvement work in the areas it serves. Proof of insurance is available upon request.
- Nassau County Home Improvement License No. 203679
- Suffolk County Home Improvement License No. HI-71569

Estimates and Consultations
Class Remodeling provides free estimates and consultations. Estimates are based on information available at the time of the estimate and are non-binding until incorporated into a signed written agreement.
Final pricing may depend on site conditions, measurements, material selections, permit requirements, and conditions discovered during the project, such as concealed damage, mold, or code deficiencies. Changes to the scope of work require a written change order.
Promotions and Sales
Promotions, sales, and discounts are subject to the terms stated at the time they are offered, may not be combined with other offers unless stated, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. A promotion applies only if it is identified in your signed written agreement.
Deposits and Payments
Deposits, payment schedules, and accepted payment methods are set out in your signed written agreement. Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors.
Permits
Responsibility for obtaining building permits and scheduling inspections is set out in your signed written agreement. Project timelines may depend on permit approvals and inspections by local authorities, which are outside Class Remodeling’s control.
Portfolio, Showroom, and Materials
Project photographs on the website represent past work and are provided for illustration. Results vary based on each property, layout, and material selection.
Colors, finishes, grain, veining, and textures of natural and manufactured materials may vary from images displayed on screen and from showroom samples. Material availability, lead times, and manufacturer pricing are subject to change.
Showroom visits are available during posted hours. Visitors are responsible for supervising children in the showroom and warehouse.
Warranties
Any warranty on workmanship is provided solely under your signed written agreement. Manufacturer warranties on products and materials are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to the manufacturer’s terms.

Dispute Resolution
Disputes relating to remodeling work are governed by the dispute resolution provisions of your signed written agreement. The following applies to all other disputes relating to these Terms or the Services.
Before initiating legal action, the parties agree to attempt good-faith mediation. Mediation shall occur in Nassau County, New York unless otherwise agreed. The rights of the parties shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.

Miscellaneous
These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Class Remodeling regarding use of the Services. A signed written agreement governs any remodeling work. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
